GOVERNMENT OF THE ROSTOV REGION

On May 21, 2010 after considering the recommendation of Dmitriy Medvedev, President of Russia, members of the Legislative Assembly of Rostov region empowered Vassily Golubev to be the Governor
of  Rostov region for the next 5 years.

On June 14, 2010 Vassily Golubev took up the position of the Governor of Rostov region.

Oath of office of the Governor of the region:

I do solemnly swear in performance of my powers as the Governor of Rostov region to respect the Constitution of the Russian Federation, federal legislation, the Charter of Rostov region and regional laws, to contribute to the protection of human and civil  rights and liberties, prosperity of Rostov region and to serve the people faithfully.
